My Client who are based in Diss, Norfolk, is currently looking for a Service Desk / IT Support Assistant(1st Line) to join their expanding Service team.
Good IT and problem solving skillsGood written and Oral skillsTo be confidence on the phone when dealing with clientsTo be keen to learn and passionate about IT Tasks may include some or all of the following:Setting up and supporting computer NetworksSupport for PCs and servers remotely and on-site (Windows 7, 8, 10 Installing PCs/ upgrading softwareAdministration of IP Phone systems (via web based interface)Supporting customer applications (training provided)Setting up email accounts and website hosting (Linux and Windows)
