We’re looking for a part time Office/Accounts Administrator to work 12 hours minimum a week (hours worked can be flexible)

Duties include:

-          Taking calls and booking appointments

-          Scheduling site visits

-          Liaising with engineers, suppliers and customers

-          Ordering computer parts and software

-          Distributing and processing invoices

-          General office administration and upkeep

Social media and marketing experience would be advantageous but not essential.
