Our client have exciting and ambitious plans to increase their services and grow their development programme over the next few years. They are proud to have recently made it into Inside Housing's ‘Top 50 Biggest Builders'.
To keep pace with the growth plans they are looking for a dedicated Shared Ownership & Leaseholder Manager to lead on the delivery of a seamless property and management service to customers, offering practical solutions and assistance while achieving excellent levels of client satisfaction.
 
Working closely with development & sales, you will ensure the effective handover of properties and obtain feedback to assist with continuous improvement. Your remit will cover managing contractual obligations including service charges and the Section 20 leaseholder consultation process, undertaking site inspections, monitoring service contracts for communal areas and ensuring compliance with the terms of title deeds and leases.  
 
As the lead contact for this tenure, you will respond to and resolve issues, concerns and minor disputes, utilising your technical expertise of leasehold and housing law where necessary.
 
Our client is looking for experience in housing management from within a relevant setting and of delivering a high quality customer focused service. You will have a broad knowledge of property law, the landlord and tenant act, shared ownership legislation and legislation relating to the landlord relationship with owners. Your experience will cover complaint and resolution management specifically boundary and land ownership disputes, interpreting leases, promoting resident involvement and managing contracts and contractors. Excellent communication skills are key to your success in this role.
 
Due to the nature of the role you must hold a full, current driving licence and have access to a suitably insured vehicle.
